SUMATRA ECOTRAVEL BUKIT LAWANG: KEEP THE JUNGLE GREEN!

Waste is generally a big problem in the wilderness, so we do it AGAIN AND AGAIN: 12 huge bags full of garbage, plastic bottles, cans and more were collected during our traditional cleaning project in the Gunung Leuser National Park - a regular initiative of our EcoTravel team to clean the campsite areas of Aras Pinang, Batu Rongring and Ariko. Again, our team was supported by members of the National Park, a total of 17 people! We offer tours, we love having guests! But it is essential to keep the impact of tourism under control. Up to date we are the only tour operator and hotel in Bukit Lawang investing in a clean jungle.
