"Eco Travel has provided us an unforgettable experience in Sumatra. We made a trip with our family to lake Toba, Bukit Lawang (3 day jungle tour, elephant trip, villahe homestay) and Pulau Weh. Communication before our trip was very efficient and pleasant. The organisation of the whole trip was spotless. We were always welcomed by friendly drivers or guides who were completely up to date. We are full of impressions, stunning views and good memories of friendship and the knowledge that humans can share common ideas and feelings everywhere in the world, which we experienced at best during the homestay at a farm. This trip was really back to the roots and essentials of humanity. We are impressed by the perfect organization of our trip. Realizing that it must be a huge task to accommodate so many groups, we felt a very personal approach. We know it must be a challenge to withstand the forces that endanger natural and cultural heritage, but we feel that the approach has much power! During a stopover in Singapore we fellt that there could not be a greater contrast between the friendly people we met in Sumatra without much material wealth and the monuments of big money in Singapore." Sumatra EcoTravel entwickelt: eine Bike-Tour durch den Norden
Sumatras. Vom größten Kratersee der Welt geht es durch die
sagenumwobenen Karo Highlands vorbei an alten Königspalästen,
traditionellen Batak-Dörfern und brodelnden Vulkanen bis zum
bekannten Dschungelort Bukit Lawang – und das der Umwelt zuliebe
fast alles auf zwei Rädern. Abschluss dieser innovativen Urlaubsidee
ist ein mehrtägiger Dschungel-Trek im Gunung Leuser National Park,
